Is it one or two?

Today, we went in for our first appoint with Dr. Crawford. We were able to hear the babies' heartbeat of 154bpm, and it kept moving around so we could hear that as well! Since we didn't know our conception date for sure, they scheduled us for a dating ultrasound. Either we or the doctor was off on our guess, or he was kind enough to suggest it could be twins!!
