Just clenched the NL Central!!! This is the first time the "Redlegs" have made it into the playoffs in 15-years (1995) with Jay Bruce's dramatic 9th inning game winning home run which defeated the Houston Astros 3-2.
More than 38,000 people poured out of Great American Ball Park after the game, many of them stopping at the square. Some carried early versions of Wednesday morning's newspaper with the headline "Reds Reign". GO REDS!
