I always wondered when we would use the 30+ types/ sizes of screwdrivers & other tools you've given us over the years. APPARENTLY....these come in very handy when putting together a crib & other baby items! Thanks You Mimi & Grandpers for her crib;Sean, Aunt Mere & Uncle Steve for taking apart a room & putting together her crib in record time! I keep opening her door just to look in, and can't help but smile. :) Just a few finishing touches left!

There's not enough pics of Sean on here
What do a loaf of bread & MAC Air have in common?
I had my check-up yesterday morning & I'm starting week 30 of my pregnancy. My doctor shared that the baby is about the length of a loaf of bread & weighs about the same as the Mac Air Book- 3lbs! My stomach feels so tight, I don't know how much room she really has to stretch in there, but she sure wiggles around a lot. I've been pretty much textbook so far, gaining another 4.2 lbs over the last month, but I did get sent for extra blood work to check my absorption of vitamins. Afterwards, my friend Julie & I had lunch, then went to see the Bodies exhibit. We saw several fetus from week 4-28 which really brought so much realization as to what's been happening with our babies' development; much different that looking at a flat image online or in a text book. If you have a chance to go, it really is a fascinating experience!

Starting the nursery
Today is going to be a great day full of project completions! Our lower level is coming together with trim in new bathroom & office, and the nursery is getting painted....and it's not even noon! I had mentally redesigned the nursery serveral times w/ different paint colors/designs and finally settled on one enough to buy paint last night. I can't remember the last time I was so excited to paint! I'm certain its the reason I'm painting in the first place. Here's a sneek peak. Allie is keeping a watchful eye on me & I decided her black coat looked so cute against the new "Cotton Candy" that I couldn't help but stop & take a photo. I'll post finished room photos after the crib is put together. For now, it's snack time again.

It MUST be 10PM
As usual, we're settling into the couch around this time, getting ready for bed....and guess who's just waking up! She was very active last Fri.night so I grabbed the camera & started taping. Uncle Joe helped me edit out the TV background noise & Sean repeating a commercial of "The heart wants, what the heart wants." ( In hindsight, it did add more to the clip; maybe we'll upload a sound version later.) Enjoy!

Pregnancy Brain
Sean invented a new game he likes to play at our house called "What did Julie forget today?" So far we've had answers such as my work keys, phone, lunch,& putting Allie in her kennel. Some of these have even happened on the same day!
